Electrofusion Tools

Electrofusion Processors, often called Electrofusion Machines or Electrofusion Controllers, are required to install electrofusion fittings.  Our selection of processors includes the top of the line model (the Polymatic Plus), as well as an economical version called the Polycode Plus.  Dont let the price tag fool you, this model still contains great features, but is only used for couplers up to 6" IPS.

These tools are used to eliminate ovality and ensure that your pipe is round.  Proper roundness is essential in producing a good quality electrofusion joint.
